Job Responsibility

  • –  As team leader, formulate and manage go-to-market plans, manage creative team, new product launches across various platforms.
  • –  A champion on marketing trends and translate innovation through new media and digital platforms.
  • –  Conceptualize marketing communication campaigns and ensure smooth implementation of initiatives for internal and external stakeholders.
  • –  Ensure creative content are relevant, accurate and compliant to brand standards.
  • –  Oversee and manage partners to ensure deliverables are aligned with brand tonality.
  • –  Prioritize and implement regional marketing programs (budget, project timelines, content localization)
  • –  Delves into consumer insights and market feedback, response with relevant campaigns.
  • –  Partner with corporate communication manager on corporate branding and collaboration efforts.

Requirement

  • –  Minimum a Diploma holder in Business or Marketing or equivalent with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
  • –  Experienced in creative agency processes or a keen eye for design or relevant design-related experience is advantageous.
  • –  Able to work across global culture and an excellent communicator, in both spoken and written English, preferably bilingual in another Asian language.
  • –  Team player, creative, strong in execution with excellent presentation skills.
  • –  Experienced leader in executing comprehensive marketing campaigns across traditional and new media.
  • –  Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity whilst shown that ability to work in a fast-moving environment with an entrepreneurial approach.
